  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in case of manufacturing defects, damages during shipping, or if the item is not as described.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and the product is received at our facility, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized, special-order, or clearance products are not eligible for returns/refunds.
